Physiotherapy is an effective treatment method when pain or injury impacts on your mobility, your work or your lifestyle.

If you have pain, weakness, pins and needles or numbness, dizziness, or simply are having trouble moving around because of injury, surgery, age or a medical condition, then physiotherapy can help.
Our physiotherapists are all friendly, highly experienced and qualified, and regularly undertake further studies to ensure you receive the most up to date treatment methods.

Your Physiotherapy Treatment Plan

It all starts with your initial consultation, where we ask questions to understand your injury or condition, and your lifestyle. We also observe and assess your movement and injury areas.
If you have brought any medical assessments of your injury (e.g.: X-rays or MRI), then we will review these reports with you.

We will then develop a treatment program with you and initiate this immediately on your first consultation.

Our goal is to help you achieve your particular health goals, whether that is to return to competitive sport or simply be able to sit comfortably without pain while you work.

Your treatment may incorporate a range of hands-on physiotherapy and remedial massage techniques, combined with exercises and stretches for you to do at home.

If needed, we will also teach you strategies for managing crutches, bandaging and taping, comfortable sleeping, standing up and moving around while you are healing.

Generally, your appointments are more frequent in the early healing stages, and taper off towards the end of your treatment plan as you regain movement, strength and balance.
